I talked to the guy I'm modeling it after and he said hes not sure on color yet but thinking dark met. grey and burganed. And yes George I'm using that artical. Its not as hard as it looks just make sure you think it though and mark it and check to make sure you don't cut to much off . One thing I did was I shortened the body and left the roof stock lenth when I cutted it so if you are going to chop it make sure you make the roof longer to make it fit.
To bad you don't live closer as I could/would enjoy help you with this convertion as I made miss takes that have helped me know what to do to do it right next time.
Do you got ant vacation time coming up you could take it here by me LOL

Hey george there is a coule of guys doing resin of the but I wanted to try it first and use that as last atem. Time machine resin does the wagon rod tha has been converted to sedan and I think the woody sides are gone that would already be chopped to www.timemachineresin.bravehost.com/and Jeff is a nice guy Star resins also has one

Scott the resins you mentioned look off to me. the rear side windows look too long and they make both doors and glass look out of proportion. don't get me wrong, i'm no auto designer but it just doesn't look right to me. if the "B" pillar was moved back and the doors lengthened it would be right.
also, i'm not trashing your build, your conversion looks kind of simular to the resins that you spoke of. sorry if i offended you.

That right the two door should have windows of the same size on the doors and the back sides . To make it look right you are right But moving the door handles would be a pain in the butt. So seeing it is just a model then this is ok > Going to see the guy that is doing the 1:1 that I'm building this like tomorrow hope he likes it
